This year's VBS is all about discovering the amazing ways God is at work in the world up close and magnified! Kids will enjoy Bible stories, music, games, and more as they explore God's love in a BIG way.

Hallelujah Kidz
Does your child love to sing? Hallelujah Kidz is perfect for them! Hallelujah Kidz is an incredible opportunity for children to learn and be exposed to the Gospel of Jesus through music. Every week, these children have an opportunity to learn, rehearse, and then practice the music that they will be singing. Each of the songs they will be singing references the Gospel and gives SSBC a chance to let your kids know about Jesus through music while also enjoying an amazing time with friends and snacks!
Hallelujah Kidz meets every Tuesday with the schedule listed below for their respective times.
3:00PM - 4:00PM Kinder-2nd Grade
4:00PM - 5:00PM 3rd-6th Grade
To ensure their safety,children participating in Hallelujah Kidz are picked up by a certified driver from SSBC AFTER you register them with their respective schools and you can pick them up immediately following rehearsals on Tuesday evenings.
The form for registration is available simply by clicking the link below and printing the page. After filling it out, please return the form (read and signed by you of course) to SSBC. (Southside will then notify the particular school of your child's participation in Hallelujah Kidz)

Welcome to Upward Basketball 2025!
We have two leagues: Prek-K and 1st-2nd.
We seek to be a family-friendly sports league. Limited to one practice (M, T, or TH per coach's decision) and one game (Saturday mornings) a week for 6 weeks.
All Players must undergo evaluations at the Southside Gym (1402 S Main Ave, Monahans) to ensure balanced teams. Dates 12/9, 12/10, and 12/11 4pm-6pm. Or by special appointment 432-943-2591
Practices start the week of 1/13
First Game 1/25 Last Game 3/1
We need as many volunteers as possible! Whether you feel "ready" or not, please please consider volunteering as a coach or assistant coach. We are a purely "developmental" league, so we can all learn together in as loving a way as possible.

Payment is preferred through the Upward Website but may also be made at the Southside Offices during normal business hours.
