Joshua, Crystal, and Shepherd moved to Monahans in July of 2016 to be a part of the Southside family. Crystal has been a public school teacher for over 10 years, and Shepherd is a very busy toddler! Their family just relocated from Waco where Josh pastored an urban mission church called Ecclesia Community Church and was an administrator/instructor at McLennan College.
The Rieff's believe in the Church of Jesus and are convinced that we glorify Him best when we worship together, serve together, and walk along side each other in our shared struggles. As a family the Rieff's enjoy travel and exploration of new places and experiences.

Joy is our wonderful church clerk and keeper of the finances. She joined the Southside Staff in December 2016 and hit the ground running!
